1.To support the 16 barangay in the implementation of R.A-9003 otherwise known as the ECOLOGICAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2003 in order to ensure Environmental Sustainability.
2.To provide for a comprehension management program for water pollution focusing on pollution prevention as mandated by R.A-9275.

3.To support the 16 barangay in their programs and activities in the implementation of Drug Prevention Programs, which aim to raise awareness and prevent drug abuse at the grassroots level.
4.To support Republic Act No.10254 especially on section 16. Capacity building for Barangay Health Workers (BHW) and other Barangay volunteers on the promotion of Reproductive Health. Provide further necessary assistance for effective implementation of this provision and possible additional/ Honoria for BHW’s

5.To facilitate the conduct of seminars and trainings of farmers especially on good agricultural practices and new farming technology.
6.To support House Bill No. 6550 known as an Act instituting the Magna Carta for a Day Care Workers and providing funds therefore especially on section 10 which is the additional compensation and allowance of Day Care Teachers.

7.To support R.A 110371 an act institutionalizing a National Feeding Program for undernourished children in Public Day Care, Kindergarten and Elementary Schools to combat hunger and under-nutrition among children and appropriating funds, therefore especially on Section 4 National Feeding Program item (E) Health Examination, Vaccination and Deworming to all beneficiaries.
