1] Preserve, protect, and rehabilitate our land for sustainable development and balanced use.

– National Park – 10.317.56 hectares (3.36%)
2] Protect vegetable industry in Benguet.
– Of the 307, 288.18 hectares land area of Benguet, 88, 998.38 hectares (29%) are devoted to agricultural production.
3] Enhance responsible mining in Benguet.
– There are 10 large – scale mining companies, 8 mineral prospects, 6 minahang bayan, 1 small – scale mining association, and reported 28 illegal mining activities in the province from 2017 – 2021. (BENRO)
