3. Establishing an educational assistance program for deserving indigent tertiary and technical-vocational students from La Trinidad. (2015).

4. Providing for hospitalization allowance and burial assistance to incumbent barangay officials and personnel of the sixteen barangays of La Trinidad. (2021).

ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE

1. The Comprehensive Solid Waste Management of La Trinidad, one of the first in Cordillera and nationwide, contributed significantly to La Trinidad’s recognition under the Clean & Green program. (March 31,1998).

2. An ordinance banning the use of plastic straws and stirrers in restaurants and other establishments. (2020).

3. Requiring the inclusion of concrete admixtures that accelerate the setting and hardening of concrete mix in civil works along national or local thoroughfares. (March 1,2016).

AGRICULTURE

1. Institutionalizing the Agricultural Biosecurity programs, projects, and activities in the municipality.

2. The revised Agricultural Ordinance of La Trinidad. (2024).

3. Institutionalizing the issuance of the La Trinidad Farmers (LFT) Identification Card for registered farmers. (2024).

4. Mandatory registration of agricultural and fisheries machinery and equipment. (2024).

TRADE & ECONOMIC REGULATIONS

1. Regulating the conduct of trade fairs and baratillos in the municipality. (July 5,1999).

2. Amending ordinance no. 12-2011 to rename “Garden City Conference Center” yo “Strawberry Valley Hotel and Restaurant”. (2014).

3. Declaring the 1993 public market building, K.M. 5 pay parking area, toilet area , and 2002 public market as economic enterprises of La Trinidad. (2015).

4. Waiving the rent of all municipal government-owned market stalls, including cutflower/ornamental stalls during the ECQ from March 17,2020 to April 30,2020. (2020).

5. Providing uniform guidelines for the management and use of the 1993 and 2002 public market buildings. (2021).

LAW & PUBLIC SAFETY

1. Prohibiting the carrying and/ of selling of knuckles made from plastic, metal, and/or brass within La Trinidad. (June 23,2015).

2. Prohibiting the removal of mufflers on vehicles and installation of modified mufflers. (2015).
