Community Infrastructure and Governance
*Barangay Outpost at Western Buyagan
He initiated the construction of a community outpost at Western Buyagan to improve local security. This outpost allows for better coordination between residents and law enforcement, ensuring a quick response to emergencies and helping maintain peace and order.
*Barangay Hall – Buyagan Land
He successfully secured the land that now houses the Barangay Hall, ensuring that the local government center remains accessible and permanent for generations to come. This investments in infrastructure is a cornerstone for the community’s growth and development.
Environmental & Waste Management
*’Sako sa Basura’ Program
He conceptualized and implement the ‘Sako sa Basura’ initiative to promote proper waste segregation among residents. This program encourages responsible waste management, ensuring that our environment remains clean and sustainable.
*Garbage Truck Initiative
He proposed a dedicated garbage truck for each barangay, a project successfully implemented by the late Robert Namoro. This initiative greatly improve waste collection, sanitation and environmental health across the community.
*Committee on Solid Waste Management
As a Chair of the committee, He led efforts to implement effective waste management strategies that reduce the impact of garbage on the environment, he also worked to foster an environmentally responsible mindset within the community.
*Tree Planting & Greening Projects
He spearheaded environmental initiatives, such as tree planting and greening projects in collaboration with the Brotherhood of St. Andrew. These initiatives contribute to reforestation efforts and beautify areas like the Puguis Communal Forest, preserving our natural resources for future generations.

For 12 years, he have worked closely with law enforcement and community volunteers to ensure peace and security within the barangay. He will continue prioritize a safe and peaceful La Trinidad for all its residents.
Educational & Community Enhancements
Buyagan Elementary School School Improvements
>Perimeter Fence Initiative: He initiated the construction of a concrete fence to ensure the safety of students and secure the premises of Buyagan Elementary School.
>New School Building Resolution: He advocate for and supported the construction of a new two- storey building, now home to the Grade 6 classrooms.
>Garbage Collection Area: He proposed and facilitated the creation of a designated garbage collection area near the school to maintain a clean and healthy learning environment.
Legislative Advocacy
Resolution to Congressman Ronald Cosalan
He proposed and successfully passed a resolution advocating for a covered court at Buyagan Elementary School. This project will provide more open spaces for community events, sports and physical activities, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
PLATFORM & ADVOCACY:
Commitment to public service at all times– Public office is a position of trust. He pledged to serve with honesty, transparency and integrity, always prioritizing the welfare of La Trinidad’s residents. He will be available, accessible and responsive to the peoples concerns, ensuring that their voices are heard.
Support for municipal programs, projects, and activities– He will collaborate closely with the local government to support and improve programs that benefit the town. Whether it’s enhancing infrastructure , improving healthcare services or advancing education, he will advocate for continued progress and the effective use of resources for the common good.
Strengthening law enforcement and volunteer programs– He will help strengthen law enforcement efforts and support local volunteers, ensuring that La Trinidad remains a safe and peaceful place for everyone. By providing necessary resources and training to the police, barangay tanods and volunteers, he will contribute to maintaining peace and security for the community.
